Signature Services

 

Our signature service includes:

 

  • Forming an exhaustive timeline and carrying it through to completion

  • Calling your vendors, photographer, florist, cake decorator, caterer, etc. approximately 1 week before the wedding to ensure prompt delivery and accuracy

  • Distributing timelines to all applicable vendors (photographer, etc.)

  • Attending and directing rehearsal

  • Checking each floral arrangement (bouquets, boutonnieres, corsages, etc.) as it comes to ensure each is exactly as ordered, and pinning if necessary

  • Checking each rental item

  • Sound check, for any CD or cassette tape, and distributing sheet music

  • Cuing the sound department for each song selection

  • Assisting the photographer if necessary

  • Guest book, pen and program setup if applicable

  • Assisting the ushers with seating placement for your guests

  • Ensuring that every member of your bridal party process and recess at the appropriate time

  • Arranging all guests for wedding couple's departure from the church, passing out birdseed, bubbles, etc.

  • Securing the aisle runner

  • Attending the bride in whatever way she deems necessary

  • Bringing an emergency kit (hair spray, nail polish, deodorant, bobby pins, mints, etc.)

  • Bringing a basket full of goodies for the bridal party possibly including juice, bananas, cheese and crackers, gum, etc. (Your day is very long and your probably will not have eaten so this is always a good thing to have for you and the bridal party)

  • Full wedding day directing (too vast to mention every detail), beginning upon your arrival at the church

  • Reception coverage (too vast to mention every detail), beginning with your arrival at the reception

  • Assisting the DJ from the Grand Entrance until all scheduled events are completed (Grand Entrance, toast, dinner, cake, all scheduled dances, bouquet toss, garter toss, cake cutting if not done by the caterer or banquet hall)

  • Assisting with arranged seating

  • Placement of toss bouquet, placement of favors, etc.

  • Packing and loading all wedding gifts and cards to a pre-selected location

  • And much, much, more…
