Forming an exhaustive timeline and carrying it through to completion

Calling your vendors, photographer, florist, cake decorator, caterer, etc.
approximately 1 week before the wedding to ensure prompt delivery and
accuracy

Distributing timelines to all applicable vendors (photographer, etc.)

Attending and directing rehearsal

Checking each floral arrangement (bouquets, boutonnieres, corsages, etc.) as
it comes to ensure each is exactly as ordered, and pinning if necessary

Bringing a basket full of goodies for the bridal party possibly including
juice, bananas, cheese and crackers, gum, etc. (Your day is very long and
your probably will not have eaten so this is always a good thing to have for
you and the bridal party)

upon your arrival at the church

arrival at the reception

Assisting the DJ from the Grand Entrance until all scheduled events are
completed (Grand Entrance, toast, dinner, cake, all scheduled dances,
bouquet toss, garter toss, cake cutting if not done by the caterer or
banquet hall)
