The following dinner buffet includes:  linens for all guest tables, rectangular and/or round (10-12 people per table), bridal table seating up to 12 people with floor length linen(s), cake table with floor length linen, gift table with (1) floor length linen, appetizer table with (1) floor length linen (only floor length for 60” round), buffet table with (2) floor length linen(s) with limited décor.  Preset linen napkin (choice of color), preset flatware, preset water goblet and white china dinner plate.  Cake cutting with china plates, flatware and napkins.  Preset salad, dressings and gourmet rolls on the table, preset Irish Coffee Glass at every other place setting with creamer, sugar and spoon.  Self serve Iced Tea Station with (1) beverage table linen.  Carver, Servers and Event Captain. ($2500.00 food minimum for servers to be included).

 

Choice of two entrées accompanied by two side selections, three hors d’oeuvres, garden salad with ranch and raspberry vinaigrette dressings, assorted rolls and butter.

Steak Merlot: Sirloin Steak pre-sliced and served with a Red Merlot Sauce ($.75 extra per person)

Balsamic Maple Glazed Pork Loin

Chicken Marsala: grilled chicken breast in a marsala wine sauce with sautéed mushrooms

Beef marsala: grilled steak in a marsala wine sauce with sautéed mushrooms

Tuscan Steak:  Stuffed flank steak with bread crumbs, caramelized onions, garlic, sundried tomatoes, prosciutto ham and parmesean cheese, seared, baked and served with a port wine reduction.  ($1.00 extra per person)

Chicken New Orleans: lightly blackened chicken breast in a Cajun cream sauce

Pecan encrusted chicken with a sesame ginger sauce:  lightly breaded with seasoned planko bread crumbs, toasted sliced almonds, baked and served with the sesame ginger sauce ($.75 extra per person)
